These releases solve various issues with the Image Sitemap feature just introduced and other bugs reported by users (Thank you!).
Note: this post has been updated on 14 January 2013.
Among the problems fixed, there was a critical one that deleted the list of excluded posts and pages while upgrading from SiteTree 1.3 or later. If you have experienced this issue, below there are the steps to follow to restore it but first a note of warning: you need a back-up copy of your database prior to the installation of SiteTree 1.4 and a basic knowledge on dealing with MySQL databases.
- Deactivate SiteTree.
- Restore from your database back-up the content of the database table
[table prefix]_options. However, if you know how to proceed, it’s highly recommended to restore only the
option_valuefield of the row whose
option_nameis exactly equal to
- Manually update to SiteTree 1.4.1 by replacing the folder
pluginsdirectory — you can download SiteTree from the home page.
- Reactivate SiteTree.
Unfortunately, there is not an easier way than the one just outlined — I am sorry for the troubles.
